Parks Canada camping fees for RVs
Camping and admission are charged separately in Canada’s national parks. These are the fees Parks Canada publishes for two of the busiest mountain parks.

On top of the site fee
- Reservations: $11.50 to reserve, change or cancel online; $13.50 by phone1.
- Campfires: $12.00 a day for a Banff fire permit; $17.00 at Lake Louise and Icefields Parkway campgrounds1. In Jasper: $13.75 a day for a fire permit2.
- Admission: daily admission $12.25 per adult, or $24.50 for a family/group1 (family/group means up to seven people arriving in one vehicle1); admission is free for youth 17 and under1.
- Discovery Pass: $83.50 adult, $71.50 senior, $167.50 family/group1. A Discovery Pass covers admission to more than 80 destinations for 12 months3.
Regular fees apply again from September 8, 2026, after the Canada Strong Pass discounts ended3. Check the park’s fee page before you book: fees can change between seasons.
